Stormy/Ruffee Litter 2026 Litter Announcement

We’re excited to share that we have a confirmed litter with an estimated due date in late September 2026.

This litter will be with our Stormy Weather Rose (SS17013704) and M C True Grits Ruff-Stock O’Dee (SS13046306), Call name: “Ruffee”.

We are truly excited about selecting Ruffee for this pairing with Stormy. He’s a beautiful example of the breed from proven dual-championship bloodlines with an athletic build, great bone structure, and a classic look that complements Stormy’s perfectly. Just as important to us, he carries the kind of temperament we value in our home and program: biddable, affectionate, and eager to be with his people while still bringing strong drive, versatility, and a reliable retrieve in the field. We believe this pairing will produce well-balanced pups that transition easily between the home and the field, making devoted family companions as well as capable hunting partners for the families we place them with.

Stormy

Stormy is a five-year-old female with a beautiful, athletic build and a natural presence. She has a strong drive for birds, a stylish point, and a dependable retrieve, but what we love most is how easily she settles into family life. Stormy is affectionate, people-oriented, and happiest when she’s with us, whether that’s on a hunt, riding along on long drives, chasing her frisbee, or playing with our other dogs. She has the kind of balanced temperament we aim for in our program: driven and capable, yet gentle, loyal, and easy to live with in the home.
